Since I came back from Bali a few months ago, I have had a fascination with tropical fruits (especially papaya). I absolutely love that you could buy a $3 papaya smoothie from the side of the road in Bali. Papaya is incredibly detoxifying because of it’s digestive enzymes. It is really high in vitamin C too! This smoothie is the perfect breakfast smoothie to get your digestive system going and to give you a boost of energy to start your day. Also, coconut milk in smoothies is so delicious. So the combination of tropical fruits and coconut milk will make you feel like you are on a holidays (at least I pretend I am).
Tropical Vegan Breakfast Smoothie
Make 1 large smoothie
SWEET | CREAMY | HEALTHY | FRUITY | FRESH | EASY | QUICK
1/4 cup frozen mango
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup papaya
1/4 cup frozen pinapple
3/4 cup coconut milk
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blended until thick and smooth.
Top with the toppings.
Serve and enjoy best while still chilled!
