Vegan Sesame Noodle Bowl

Howdy, hello and hi. Let’s chat sesame seeds. The little seeds that add a pop in your mouth are my new love! They are considered one of the worlds healthiest foods because of the high vitamin and mineral content. They are a great source of magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron etc. Check out the chart attached. Proof is in the pudding.

Sesame seeds are also really easy to use. You can add them to salads, sprinkle on toast, use in tahini form, add to bread, cakes and biscuits. I used them in this extremely easy vegan noodle dish that I whipped up for dinner.

This noodle bowl was so tasty and nourishing! It had amazing Japanese flavours and took about 10 minutes to make. I’m so obsessed with easy vegan dishes at the moment. Life doesn’t have to be complicated.
Peace and love to all.
