Morning time can be rough for a lot of people. It means waking from our beautiful slumber, leaving our comfortable warm bed to start your new day. I enjoy mornings because it means I can eat breakfast and drink coffee.

Breakfast is so important because it gets your metabolism pumping, so your body is energised and ready for the day. If you struggle with keeping weight off, do not skip breakfast, you need it to start burning fat! Keep breakfast simple, delicious and healthy.

Let me show you the easiest recipe for Healthy Vegan Chocolate Porridge. It is packed with protein and carbohydrates to keep you fuller and energised for longer, contains a tonne of vitamins (from the raw cocao) which is essential for our bodies to function and is sooo tasty. Healthy Vegan Chocolate Porridge

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats (use more or less depending on appetite and food goals)
1/4 cup water (add more liquid if required)
1/4 cup Almond milk (can use coconut milk, just water, normal milk etc)
1 tablespoon raw oragnic cocao powder
Method:
In a saucepan, or a bowl in the microwave, add all ingredient and cook for 3 minutes or until oats are soft and texture is creamy. Stir occasionally.

Toppings:
Maple syrup (can use honey or desired sweetener)
I used almonds, banana, dragon fruit, chia seeds, blueberries, strawberries (you can use whatever you like!).
